Jon helped me many years ago when I bought a house. I have rented it out it for the last several years and he has always helped as well. His judgement and guidance both buying and now renting has been excellent. All critical, but mostly, I appreciate Jon’s willingness to answer questions, provide references, just always making himself available at any time, on any matter whether there was potential business for him or not. I wouldn’t consider using another agent.
