Jon was able to have the home we purchased from him e-mailed to my computer THE DAY IT WENT ON THE MARKET! I met Jon at the house within hours and purchased our dream house from Jon that day. Had he not gotten the listing to me that fast we for sure would have lost our dream house. Jon is our local realtor guy in town and you literally can’t go to any bagel joint in South Florida without seeing his picture somewhere on the screens!
